JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner was working as Computer Operator with Machine in the Drugs Distribution Centre cum Chief Minister's Free Medical Aid scheme. His contractual services were discharged w.e.f. 30.4.2012, which was challenged by him. This controversy has been decided by this court in the case of Ashok Godara vs. State & Ors. -SBCWP No. 3503/2014 decided on 22.05.2014, in which this Court has held as under: -

HOWEVER , the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has served a legal notice for non -payment of the salary to the petitioner for the contractual period of month of March and April, 2014. The said legal notice dtd. 25.4.2014, Annex. 19 has not been so far responded to by the respondent - Department. It is expected that the respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioner and if the salary has not been paid to him for these two months, the same shall be paid to him in accordance with law.
