(2.) None of the Advocates for the parties is present due to the strike call given by the Bar Association.

The instant second appeal arises out of the judgment and decree dated 6/9/2007 passed by the District Judge, Sawai Madhopur (hereinafter referred to as 'the Appellate Court') in Civil Appeal No.54/2006, whereby the Appellate Court has dismissed the appeal and confirmed the judgment and decree dated 29/7/2006 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sawai Madhopur (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trial Court') in Civil Suit No.77 of 2000.
