JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS review petition has been preferred by the petitioners seeking review of the judgment dated 30.01.2014 passed in D.B.Civil Special Appeal (W) No.1344/2013.

THE learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that while delivering judgment dated 30.01.2014, this Court has not considered the facts and grounds of the writ petition as well as of the appeal. It has further been contended that it has also not been considered that the matter regarding deity land is pending consideration before the Larger Bench of this court and has a direct bearing on the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore, prayed that the order passed by this Court on 30.01.2014 may be reviewed and the special appeal may be allowed with all consequential relief. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to review the judgment dated 30.01.2014 because the points raised in the review petition have already been considered while delivering the judgment dated 30.01.2014 and have sufficiently been dealt with. We are of the considered opinion that the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any error apparent in the judgment dated 30.01.2014.
