STATE OF RAJASTHAN Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE matter comes up for a consideration of application being IA No.31/2014 seeking amendment in the writ petition.

(2.) BY way of this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the validity of the proviso to Rule 19 of the Rajasthan Ayurvedic, Unani, Homeopathy and Naturopathy Service Rules 1973 (for short 'the Rules of 1973' hereinafter), whereby benefit of bonus marks in the recruitment in question is provided only to the candidates working under the Government, Chief Minister BPL Jeevan Raksha Kosh, National Rural Health Mission and not to the candidates, who are or had been working otherwise or in the private institutions.

(3.) HOWEVER , while arguing upon IA No.31/2014, the counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have sought to challenge the provisions of granting of benefit of bonus marks up to 30 marks for three years' service rendered by a candidate under the Government, Chief Minister BPL Jeevan Raksha Kosh, National Rural Health Mission.
