JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor for the State. From the case diary, it appears that the petitioner has been interrogated by the police and his detention is no more required for investigation.

(2.) After taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances and various documents, which have been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am in inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner under Sec. 438, Criminal Procedure Code.

(3.) It is, therefore, directed that, in the event of arrest of the accused-petitioner Mahesh Chaudhary s/o. Shri Bejnath Choudhary, in FIR No. 139/93, Police Station, Civil Lines, Ajmer, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs. 5,000.00 (Rupees five thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the SHO/IO, Police Station, Civil Lines, Ajmer, subject to the following conditions:-
