JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor.

(2.) In the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner. Anuj Joshi under F.l.R./C.R.No. 296/93 of Police Station, Kotwali Bhilwara, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 5,000.00 (Rupees Five thousand only) with two sureties of Rs. 2,500.00 each, to the satisfaction of Investigation Officer, Police Station Kotwali, Bhilwara, on the following conditions:
