JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD, Perused the challan papers.

(2.) IT is alleged that on 28. 4. 1993, 10. 900 kg. opium was recovered from the attachee case, which the petitioner Ratan Lal was carrying in a bus and for which he had no permit/licence. The petitioner was arrested and a case under Section 8/18 of the N. D. P. S. Act was registered against him. After investigation a charge-sheet has been filed in the court of learned Special Judge N. D. P. S. Act Cases (Sessions Judge), Banswara. The Petitioner's bail application has been rejected by the learned Special Judge by his order dated 8. 06. 1993.

(3.) IN view of the above, I dismiss this bail petition. .
