KHARTARAM Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Kumbhat submits that the petitioner took Rs. 10,000.00 on loan from the complaint Madanlal by an agreement dated 25.2.93 to repay the amount and when it is not repaid, the petition has been falsely implicated. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Under the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the petitioner Khartaram Jatia in C.R. No. 61/93 P.S. Bali, he shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 20,000.00 with two sureties of Rs. 10,000.00 each to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer to appear before him on 20.6.93............. on following conditions:-
