JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. M. L. Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. M. Bhandari, learned counsel for non -petitioner No.2 and Mr. L. S. Udawat, Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the order under revision passed by the judicial Magistrate, First Class, Abu Road dated 11.11.1982. Upon perusal of the order under revision, I am of the view that it is an interlocutory order which is not revisable by this Court in view of the express bar contained in sub -section (2) of section 307, Criminal Procedure Code Mr. M.L. Garg learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. The other side has no objection. Hence, the revision petition filed by Pukh Raj is dismissed as withdrawn.
