JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties on merits.

(2.) Bhima, who is said to be the another of the grievous injury, has been extendend the benefit of probation.

(3.) In the circumstances of the case, I am inclined to accept the prayer of the learned counsel for the appellant to grant the benefit of probation to the appellants.
