JUDGEMENT

(1.) This batch of writ petitions involves common facts and questions of law and therefore, they are being decided conjointly by this common order.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, the facts of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4595/2020 : Dr. Praveen Singh Shekhawat & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. are being taken into consideration.

(3.) The petitioners were appointed as Senior Demonstrators vide order dtd. 20/8/2018.
