JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second application for bail under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.303/2022, registered at Police Station Padampur, District Sriganganagar, for offences under Ss. 302 and 34 IPC.

(2.) The first bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dtd. 13/7/2023.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant. Perused the material available on record.
