JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since common questions are involved in these writ petitions, therefore, they are being heard and disposed of by this common order.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are the colleges imparting Nursing Education by running a course titled BSc. Nursing/GNM. The petitioners have preferred an application for grant of 'No Objection Certificate' for new courses/enhancement of the number of seats.
