JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant misc. petition under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0015/2023, Police Station Salamgarh, District Pratapgarh for offences under Ss. 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC.

(2.) After hearing the parties and taking into consideration the material available on record, I am not inclined to quash the FIR. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file representation alongwith relevant documents before the concerned Superintendent of Police and Investigating Officer within a period of fifteen days. The Superintendent of Police and Investigating Officer shall take up all the facts as well as representation, if any, filed on behalf of the petitioners and complete the investigation by considering them strictly in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of filing of the representation.

(3.) The instant misc. petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of accordingly. Stay petition is also disposed of.
