KRISHAN LAL Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.122/2023, Police Station Bhirani, District Hanumangarh for offences under Ss. 447, 354A, 506, 365 & 34 of IPC. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dtd. 3/5/2023 received from the SHO, Police Station Bhirani, District Hanumangarh, wherein it has been mentioned that after thorough investigation, Police is going to submit Final Report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.

(2.) In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present misc. petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
