JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application for bail has been filed by the petitioner under Sec. 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.233/2022, Police Station Sadar, Nagaur for the offences under Ss. 457 and 380 IPC.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material available on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the offence alleged against the petitioner is triable by Magistrate; petitioner is behind the bars and trial will take sufficiently long time. Therefore, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed this bail application.
