(1.) The present revision petition is barred by 319 days.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned public prosecutor on the application under Sec. 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the present revision petition.

(3.) A perusal of the application goes to show that the delay in filing the present revision petition was bonafide and was not deliberate and intentional.
