(2.) The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.55/2020, Police Station Sadulshahar, District Sriganganagar for offences under Ss. 306 & 34 of IPC.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dtd. 18/3/2023 received from the SHO, Police Station Sadulshahar, District Sriganganagar, wherein it has been mentioned that Police is going to submit a Final Report in these cases. The said report is hereby taken on record.
