(2.) The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No.101/2019, Police Station Mount Abu, District Sirohi for offences under Ss. 420, 406 & 120-B of IPC.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dtd. 18/3/2023 received from the SHO, Police Station Abu Parvat, District Sirohi, wherein it has been mentioned that Police is going to submit a Final Report in this case. The said report is hereby taken on record.
