JUDGEMENT

(1.) SINCE both these revision petitions arise out of one and same impugned order dated 25.02.2013 passed by the Trial Court, therefore, the same were heard together and are being decided by this common order.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the accused-petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent-State and perused impugned order dated 25.02.2013.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the accused-petitioners vehemently submitted that the petitioners are not public servants and no prima facie case of commission of aforesaid offences is made out against the accused-petitioners.
