JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are working since 1999 and their prayer is for regularization of services.

(2.) FOR the aforesaid claim, learned counsel for the petitioners has invited my attention towards an amendment made under Rule 6 of the Rajasthan Class -IV Employees (Recruitment & Service) Condition Rules, 1999 whereby the Government has decided to regularize the services of those employees who had completed 10 years of service as on 10.4.2006 and for the said purpose constituted a committee.
