PAPPU Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Sec. 439 Crimial P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No. 119/2013 registered at Police Station Kaprain Distt. Bundi for the offences under section 457,380 IPC.

(2.) It is alleged that petitioner had committed theft of gold jewellery and mobile phone from a residential house.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is involved in nine cases however, in three cases, he has been acquitted.
