JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner/applicant, Raj Kumar, against the impugned order dt. 12.02.2013 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Anoopgarh, rejecting petitioner's application filed under Order 1 Rule 20 C.P.C. seeking his impleadment as party -defendant in the Suit No. 167/2012 - Banwari Lal & Ors. vs. Aatmaram & Ors., filed by respondents No. 1 and 2 against the respondents No. 3 to 5 for specific performance of contract dt. 09.02.2011 in relation to Plot No. 99, situated at Ward No. 11, Anoopgarh.

(2.) THERE are two suits pending in the said judgeship, namely, (i) Suit No. 167/2012 -Banawari Lal & Ors. vs. Aatmaram & Ors., for specific performance of the contract/agreement, in the Court of learned A.D.J., Anoopgarh, and (ii) Suit No. 4/2011 - Raj Kumar vs. Aatma Ram & Anr., filed by the petitioner/applicant for permanent injunction pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Anoopgarh.
