JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Sec. 482 Cr.RC. praying that a direction be issued to the State of Rajasthan to conduct a fair and an effective investigation in F.I.R. No.166/2011, registered at Police Station, Gamoorwali, District Sriganganagar, for offences under Sections 498-A and 304-B I.PC.

(2.) Mr. Bhatnagar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has stated that earlier Investigating Officer had submitted affidavit before this Court on 08.01.2013, wherein he stated as under:

Learned counsel states that having sworn an affidavit before this Court that Shakila Devi has been found to be guilty of offence under Sec. 304-B and 498-A Indian Penal Code, she was not put to trial. Learned counsel contends that the Investigating Officer has not acted fairly, and wrong averment was made before this Court in the affidavit filed.
