JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the judgment dated 28.6.1989 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Baran in Criminal Case No. 33/1987, whereby the learned trial Court convicted the accused appellant for the offence under Section 326 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo 4 years' R.I. with fine of Rs. 200/-; in default of payment of fine, to further undergo 1 month's simple imprisonment.
