JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present writ petition has been filed for seeking directions to the respondent - Medical & Health Department to award bonus marks to the petitioner for the services rendered by him as GNM at Urban Health Centre, New Parihar Nagar, Bhadwasiya, Jodhpur and for quashing the order dated 11/3/2013 (Annex. 5) imposing condition No. 7 for not awarding bonus marks to the employees engaged through Placement Agency or N.G.O. The petitioner was appointed as GNM through the placement agency. Both the learned counsels for the parties submit that the matter is squarely covered by a decision of coordinate bench of this Court in the case of Manohar Singh & Ors. vs. State & Ors. - SBCWP No. 3622/2013 decided on 29/4/2013, wherein, it has been held as under: -

(2.) WITH the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of in same terms & the petitioner is held entitled to bonus marks for the services rendered by him as GNM, even though he was recruited through the Placement Agency. No order as to costs.
