(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) THIS writ petition is directed against the orders dated 5th October, 2012 and 19th February, 2013, whereby the amount, paid in excess to petitioner, has been ordered to be recovered in monthly installment of Rs.750/-.

(3.) WE have considered the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner and examined the impugned orders and other documents available on record.
