JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties and after considering the submissions and for the reasons mentioned in the application, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing the appeal in time and delay of 208 days in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned and the same is, hereby, condoned.

(2.) APPLICATION under Section 5 of the Limitation Act stands allowed.

(3.) THIS intra court appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 8.8.2011, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant/petitioner against the award dated 20.9.2004 passed by the Judge, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Udaipur has been dismissed.
