(1.) SERVICE on respondent no.3 is dispensed with.

(2.) THIS petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 12.04.2010 and 12.07.2010, both passed by the learned MACT, Bharatpur in MAC No.331/2008 (Mukesh Vs. Narendra Road Lines Pvt. Ltd and Ors.

(3.) ON notices being served, the claim petition was contested by the Insurance Company as well as by the owner and the driver of the offending vehicle.
