JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for petitioners.

(2.) PETITIONERS have preferred this review petition to review the order dated 03.09.2012 passed by this Court, whereby the writ petition filed by petitioners challenging the validity of Rule 19 of the Rajasthan Educational Service Rules, 1970 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Rules of 1970'), was dismissed.

(3.) FROM the averments made in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and the submissions of the learned counsel for petitioners, we are not satisfied that there is any sufficient cause for condonation of delay in filing the review petition. In our view, application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act deserves to be dismissed.
