JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS Criminal appeal has been preferred under section 374 Cr.PC against the judgment dated 20.9.2003 passed by the Additional Session Judge (FT), Tonk in Sessions case No.50/2003 whereby the accused-appellants have been convicted and sentenced as under:-

(2.) UNDER section 325/149 IPC: Rigorous imprisonment for two years with fine of Rs.100/-,in default of payment of fine to further undergo simple imprisonment for three months. Under section 307/149 IPC: Rigorous imprisonment for five years with fine of Rs.100/-each, in default of payment of fine to further undergo simple imprisonment for three months. Ram Lal, Ramesh, Gopal, Dev Narayan, Nathu, Ram Kishan, Raju @ Raja Ram and Ramdhan.

(3.) UNDER section 325 IPC: Rigorous imprisonment for two years with fine of Rs.100/-each, in default of payment of fine to further undergo simple imprisonment for three months.
