JUDGEMENT

(1.) INSTANT writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: - -

KEEPING in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioner and after perusing the material on record and also keeping in view the age of the petitioner, in the interest of justice, I consider it appropriate to direct the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and will not adjourn the matter in future un -necessarily, until and unless necessity arises or on account of genuine reasons. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
