JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD finally.

(2.) CONVICT /petitioner Hanuman S/o Late Shri Gopi Lal, has preferred this writ petition to grant him emergent parole, contending therein that he is seriously suffering with severe brain-tumor and he has been advised for surgery for the same. It is also contended that application for grant of emergent parole was filed, on behalf of petitioner, by his wife before the District Magistrate, Kota on 06.12.2012, but no decision has been taken on his application, therefore, he has approached this Court directly.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for petitioner submitted that looking to the nature of ailment of petitioner, it will be just and proper to grant him emergent parole.
