JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition filed by the petitioner, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents to issue experience certificate while counting her services from the initial date of joining which is 05.04.2010 till date and further prayed that the respondents may be directed to issue experience certificate having regard to the length of experience of 3 years and 10 days and award bonus marks (30) for the length of experience for appointment on the post of L.D.C. in pursuance of advertisement dated 14.02.2013.

(2.) Learned Addl. Advocate General, Mr. G.R. Punia, assisted by Mr. Mahendra Choudhary entered caveat in this writ petition.

(3.) A pointed query is made to learned counsel for the petitioner that under which provision of the rules the respondents are granting bonus marks for appointment on the post of L.D.C. In reply to the query made by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner invited attention of this Court towards notification dated 29.01.2013 whereby amendment was made under Rule 273 of the Rajasthan Panchayat Raj Rules 1996 by the State while exercising power conferred by Section 102 of the Rajasthan Panchayat Raj Act 1994 in which bonus marks have been provided.
