JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition has been filed by the petitioner -plaintiff against rejection of his plaint under Order VII, Rule 11(d) CPC as barred by law. The order rejecting the plaint under Order VII, Rule 11(d) CPC is a decree under Section 2(2) CPC and, therefore, is appealable under Section 96 CPC, as such, the present revision petition filed under Section 115 CPC is not maintainable.

(2.) THE revision petition is, therefore, dismissed as not maintainable.
