JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr.B.S.Charan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.G.R.Punia, learned Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) PETITIONERS are before this court complaining that the operative portion of the judgment and order dated 4.3.2011 passed in DBCWP No.1048/2011 "Prema Ram vs. State of Raj.", as extracted hereinbelow, has been consciously and wilfully disobeyed by the respondents:

(3.) IN his additional reply, the respondent No.3 also brought on record the fact that the remaining encroachments had also been removed as well on 18.2.2013.
