RAM KISHAN SHARMA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR .T. Raja H.Balaji, Superintendent of Police and Mr. Pramod Tanwar, Inspector of Police, SC-III, CBI, New Delhi, have produced detenue Kumari Sonam Sharma before this Court.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for applicant-CBI has filed an application along with confidential report about status of the case. It has been prayed in the application that report submitted by the CBI, may be ordered to be re-sealed.

(3.) THIS Court, after considering the submissions of the learned counsel for both the parties, vide order dated 31.01.2012, while disposing of the writ petition, directed the State of Rajasthan and the Secretary Home, Government of Rajasthan, for issuing necessary notifications for transfer of the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation. The case was consigned to record with the direction that as soon as the detenue or the accused are traced by the CBI, the CBI would inform this Court by means of an application for taking up the matter and passing necessary orders.
