JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) IN this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondents to provide appointment on the post of Teacher Grade-III after awarding five marks for his President's Rover certificate from the date the candidate having less number of marks have been provided appointment.

(3.) AS per petitioner the petitioner was possessing certificate of Rajasthan State Board of Scout and Guide has also certificate of President's Rover but the respondents denied five marks for the certificate of of President's Rover which is placed on record as Annexure-4 issued on 24.12.1986 under the signature of His Excellency the President of India Shri Gyani Jail Singh.
