JUDGEMENT

(1.) DESPITE service no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petitions are squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Lal Chand Sharma vs. State & Ors. passed in S.B.C.W.P. No. 4838/1996 decided on 02.02.2010, which judgment has been followed in S.B.C.W.P. No. 2622/2011 (Badri Prasad vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other matter by order dt. 27.09.2012 in which, following directions were issued.

(2.) IN view of the above submissions, the present writ petition is also allowed with the directions as contained hereinbefore. The stay petition is also disposed of.
