JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner is present-in-person with his wife and mother. Respondent No. 8 is also present-in-person. The Investigating Officer Mr. Shravan Kumar, ASI is also present-in-person.

(2.) THE daughter of the petitioner has appeared before us alongwith the respondent No. 8, who is said to be carrying alias Narendra alias Satveer.

(3.) ON the parents suggesting that she was married to another person, the girl has maintained that the said marriage had been against her wishes and rather, she was forced into the same. Her suggestions before us have been, more or less, in conformity with her statements under Section 161 Cr.P.C. recorded on 02.07.2013. We have permitted even the grand-mother of the girl to confer with her but the girl stood to her ground and declined to go to the parental house.
