(1.) IN this matter, on 24.04.2012 the counsel appearing for the appellants pleaded no instructions and, therefore, notices were sent to the appellants informing them that counsel pleaded no instructions and they were granted four weeks' time to engage the service of any other counsel of their choice. The notices were served on the appellants for hearing alongwith the copy of the order dated 24.04.2012. However, no one is present on behalf of the appellants.
(2.) THE appeal is dismissed for non -prosecution.
