JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) AS per contention of the petitioner, the petitioner was retired from service on 30.04.2000 from the post of Teacher Grade III while working in the Government Primary School, Panchayat Samiti Rajgarh (District Churu).

(3.) UPON perusal of the language of above communication, it is clear that the competent authority set aside the termination order dated 07.11.1996 challenged in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.4128/1996 and further observed that the petitioner will not be entitled for the salary for the period commencing from the date of termination viz., 07.11.1996 to the date of the order (22.04.2000); and, it is also observed that if any case is pending, then, the petitioner shall withdraw the same and, for that purpose, she should furnish an affidavit before the Addl. Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Churu.
