JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal has been filed with a delay of 26 days. An application under section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay has been filed.

(2.) FOR the reasons stated in the application, the application under section 5 of the Limitation Act is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

(3.) THE appellants have preferred this appeal for enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned Tribunal.
