JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material placed on record.

(2.) The contention of the present petitioner is that he has implicated falsely. Prosecutrix Gunja has not supported the allegation of rape before the Court below. Hence, he should also be released on bail.

(3.) The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application.
