JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS appeal by the insurer is directed against judgment and award dated 12.01.1999 made by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhilwara ('the Tribunal'), whereby, for injuries suffered by one Sharif Mohammed in an accident, which occurred on 20.12.1990, a sum of Rs.25,000/- has been awarded.

(3.) SO far as liability of the appellant Insurance Company is concerned, the said issue has been considered and decided by this Court in another appeal, arising out of the same accident, being National Insurance Company v. Ganpat Lal & Ors. : S.B.Civil Misc. Appeal No.329/1999 decided on 24.09.2013, wherein, the appellant Insurance Company has been held liable for payment of compensation.
