JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the directions of this Court in the order dated 3/11/2011, which is quoted below, the respondents have already paid interest on the delayed payment of retiral benefits to the petitioner by cheque no.427489 dated 6/2/2013 amounting to Rs.67,289/-.

(2.) IN view of the said compliance of the directions of this Court, this Court finds no reason to proceed further in the contempt petition against the respondents.
