JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) IN this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming regularisation on the post of Assistant Sanitary Inspector (Grade II) with effect from the date of his initial appointment i.e., 01.04.1998.

(3.) THE appropriate Government referred the matter under Section 10 (1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to the Judge, Labour Court, Bikaner vide notification dated 10.10.2001 and the Labour Court, Bikaner finally adjudicated the matter and passed award dated 23.08.2002, whereby, the termination of the services of the petitioner with effect from 30.04.1999 was set aside and order was passed for reinstatement of the petitioner in service with back wages and continuity of service.
