JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD . The defect pointed out by the office is overruled. Learned counsel submits that a direction may be given to the respondents for consideration and passing a speaking order on the notice for demand of justice submitted by the petitioner. It was given after a representation to allow working on the post of Booking Clerk taking into consideration his seniority position.

(2.) IN view of the limited prayer, this writ petition so as the stay application are disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the notice for demand of justice within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision should be by a speaking order.
