JUDGEMENT

(1.) WHILE disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioners vide order dated 27.10.2009, a coordinate bench of this Court passed following directions: -

THE respondents have filed reply to the contempt petition, in which they have submitted that the respondents have complied with the directions of this Court by passing order dated 30.08.2011 and subsequently on 25.11.2011 giving them benefit of regular pay scale to these two petitioners on the post of Coolie in the pay scale of Rs.4750 -7440 with the grade pay of Rs.1300.00w.e.f. 08.02.2010. Both the orders are quoted herein below for ready reference. The order dated 30.08.2011 reads as under: -

Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents have ignored the services of the petitioners from the date of first appointment, namely, 01.01.1985 and 01.02.1986 respectively for these two petitioners, namely, Smt. Galbi W/o Gautam ad Smt. Heera W/o Kanji. He further submitted that the respondents have wrongly taken the first appointment dated as 08.02.2010 in the order passed on 25.11.2011 (Annex.C/5). He, therefore, submitted that the directions of this Court have not been complied with and the respondents are guilty of committing contempt of this Court.
