RAJEEV SAXENA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THERE is delay in filing the review petition. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the review petition.

(2.) AFTER considering the averments made in the application, we are not inclined to condone the delay, as in our view, averments made in the application are not sufficient so as to constitute sufficient cause for not filing the review petition in time. Therefore, application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act deserves to be dismissed and the same is hereby dismissed.

(3.) THIS review petition has been preferred to review the order dated 21.12.2012 passed by this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal(Writ) No.1307/2012.
